Full Job Description
Imaging Endpoints is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India, to provide crucial first-level technical support to internal users, external users, and medical professionals. This role involves user onboarding, executing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborating with Innovation and IT Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 environments.
- Provide Windows administration and end-user support.
- Perform Active Directory user management (password resets, account unlocks, group access).
- Understand and apply RBAC concepts.
- Possess strong end-user support capabilities.
- (Good to have) Knowledge of automation techniques.
- (Preferred) ITIL certification.
- (Good to have) Basic knowledge of Citrix.
- Receive, configure, and deploy laptops.
- Offer desktop support for Microsoft O365 and other applications.
- Respond to IT environment alerts for failures and warnings.
- Manage user accounts, including onboarding and separation processes.
- Execute basic Windows server administration tasks.
- Administer various imaging applications.
- Process and execute SOP requests.
- Ensure effective shift handovers.
- Work assigned shifts.
- Undertake other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of equivalent Service Desk experience.
- Microsoft 365 certification is preferred.
- Experience supporting users from diverse regions with seamless communication.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with desktop and laptop hardware.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office Suite applications.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Print Server, and Group Policy.
- (Preferred) Expertise in Microsoft Office 365.
- (Preferred) Understanding of TCP/IP and networking.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of Citrix.
- A service-oriented, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Commitment to strict compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.

- Familiarity with ticketing and remote management systems.
