Full Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably handling international voice processes, especially for US clients. Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries via calls and chat, providing technical support, and resolving issues effectively. This role requires a commitment to 24/7 support and the ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts. Essential qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing tool and SLA compliance is required. Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook issues, internet connectivity (LAN/WAN), VPN troubleshooting, and Active Directory is advantageous. Experience with IBM iSeries password reset issues is a plus.
