Full Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably handling international voice process roles with US clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to client calls, requests, and chats, providing technical support, and resolving issues effectively via phone and chat. This role requires a commitment to 24/7 support and the ability to work in rotational shifts, primarily night shifts.
Key qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with the ServiceNow ticketing tool and a solid understanding of SLA compliance are essential. A basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook issues, internet connectivity (LAN/WAN), VPN troubleshooting, Active Directory, and IBM iSeries password reset issues is considered a significant advantage.
