IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer

Location:Makarba, Ahmedabad (Ahmedabad Metro Area)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide critical technical support for our trading platforms and internal infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability, troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues, and ensuring seamless connectivity for our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized support for proprietary trading platforms including Money Maker (Saral), Greek, and XTS.
• Troubleshoot application errors, exchange connectivity issues, and network interruptions affecting trading activities.
• Manage IT assets, Windows OS environments, Active Directory groups, and user permissions.
• Maintain rigorous support tickets, incident reports, and compliance documentation for financial data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Graduation).
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, specifically within Financial Services or Trading Application environments.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 administration, Active Directory management, and TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent verbal/written communication abilities to assist traders during high-pressure sessions.

Shift Details:
Rotational shifts covering:
- Morning: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 12:00 PM
