Mepa2z Llp is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer for their Delhi office. This role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance across hardware, software, and networking environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor and manage LAN and WAN network connectivity.
- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and hardware problems.
- Configure and administer routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Provide user support for desktop, laptop, email, and internet issues.
