IT Support Engineer (Tier 2) - Remote with US Shifts

Letzbizz is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer (Tier 2) with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position requiring mandatory US shift coverage, with interviews conducted at our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing IT incidents, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in resolving complex technical issues and maintaining high standards of IT support delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Tier 2 Help Desk Support for IT incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Effectively manage incident, change, and request workflows using ticketing tools.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to provide continuous support.
• Uphold quality assurance in all aspects of IT support.
• Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and resolutions for knowledge base enhancement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with common helpdesk tools and ticketing systems.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks and best practices for data protection.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience with US shift timings is mandatory.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-800, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate.
• VMware Certified Technical Associate.
• Sophos Central Endpoint & Server Engineer.
• Proficiency in UniFi Network, Datto Advanced Technician, Veeam Backup & Replication, Ironscales Mail Administrator.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, Sophos XG Firewall Engineer, Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless.
• M365 Fundamentals, Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA A+.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a fully remote role, contingent on the ability to work US shifts.
• An in-person interview at our Bangalore office is required.
