Role Overview:

The IT Support Associate II within Amazon's Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) team provides essential technical support for global operations facilities. Key duties include troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining critical IT equipment, managing service requests across local and regional networks, training new employees on best practices, and delivering high-quality customer assistance to both onsite staff in multiple buildings and remote clients.
