IT Specialist

As an IT Specialist in Gurgaon/Gurugram, India, you will be integral to our operations team, managing Level 1 support tickets and overseeing new hire hardware deployment. Your role will be crucial in maintaining team and office productivity. This position is ideal for IT professionals with 1-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hardware inventory management and coordinate device repairs.
• Address and resolve IT tickets efficiently, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Proactively research and evaluate new technologies and tools, sharing insights with the team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration is essential.
• Experience with Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of WiFi and networking principles is required.
• An IT System Administrator technical degree or equivalent background is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence is expected.
• Experience supporting platforms including MacOS, iOS, and Android.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare, specifically Workspace One UEM, Kandji, and FreshService for inventory management.
• Knowledge of SoC2/IT Audit processes is beneficial.
