IT Specialist

Keywords Studios is seeking an IT Specialist to join its team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time, in-office role is part of the IT & Infosec team, providing Support services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure 24x7 internet availability by managing all ISPs and related issues.
• Perform User & Access Management, including creating and managing user accounts and permissions.
• Provide Network Support, monitoring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi issues.
• Monitor system health and optimize performance.
• Manage enterprise software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Maintain system configurations and update logs through comprehensive documentation.
• Offer advanced technical support for complex IT issues.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including applying the latest patches.
• Administer Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Maintain and implement Group Policy Objects (GPO) in line with regional and global policies.

Requirements:

• A degree in an IT-related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• High-level problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English is mandatory.
