IT Security Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to join our team, focusing on GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) for banking projects within our reputable NBFC in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for developing and implementing robust security strategies for our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and Cyber security-related inquiries and issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive plan to secure the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Actively participate in IT and Information Security audits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT/IS governance, risk management, and compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 or more years of experience in IT security-related roles.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks relevant to the BFSI sector.
• Show an inclination for hands-on IT project implementation.
• Proven experience handling BFSI projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in handling or conducting Information Security audits is preferred.
