IT Security Analyst

Leadec seeks a motivated IT Security Analyst to join our global team and drive security operations excellence. This hands-on, learning-oriented role focuses on SIEM implementation, log management, and security documentation, with exposure to enterprise security processes. You will support SIEM configuration, alert handling, and structured follow-ups while collaborating with senior professionals to enhance security services globally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting SIEM implementation, log onboarding, and alert triage with established procedures.
• Assisting in log analysis, incident investigations, and security operational tasks.
• Coordinating security topic follow-ups, documentation, and escalations with stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining security documentation (procedures, runbooks, checklists).
• Researching security trends, tools, and best practices to propose improvements.
• Gradually taking on increased responsibility as experience grows.

Ideal candidates have 3-8 years of junior to mid-level IT/IT security experience, with a passion for learning and structured problem-solving. Strong communication skills and comfort with distributed teams are essential.
