FIS is seeking an IT Security Analyst II in Pune to spearhead security awareness initiatives. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and delivering impactful security education programs that resonate with all employee levels.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and deploy high-impact security awareness materials, including videos, interactive modules, infographics, and campaign toolkits.
• Conduct engaging live and digital training sessions, adapting content for diverse audiences.
• Translate complex security concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical staff, tailoring messages for different departments and leadership.
• Identify employee groups with higher risk profiles and create targeted awareness programs to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Compliance, and leadership to foster a strong security culture and influence behavioral changes across all teams and seniority levels.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI to extract insights, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in security awareness.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating excellent organization and time management.
• Work autonomously to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.

• Expertise in creating engaging, high-impact awareness materials such as videos, interactive modules, infographics, and campaign toolkits.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both live and digital training sessions tailored to different audiences.
• Solid understanding of security fundamentals including phishing, malware, social engineering, and password hygiene.
• Ability to identify employee groups that represent higher security risks.
• Proficiency in using Excel and Power BI for data analysis, insights generation, and program improvement.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for effective message articulation through presentations.
• Experience with SharePoint editing and management.
• Good organization and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with security awareness platforms like Ninjio, KnowB4, Cofense, or Proofpoint.
• Possession of security certifications such as SSAP or CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with advanced design and video production tools.
• Understanding of behavioral change models and adult learning theory.
• Experience working within global teams or multicultural environments.
• Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Power Automate).
