Fourth Command is seeking a dedicated IT Security Analyst (GRC) to join its team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This full-time position is designed for early-career professionals eager to build a career in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform management. Ideal for fresh graduates with a degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or BCA (minimum 7.0 CGPA), this role offers a structured environment to develop expertise in risk assessment, compliance standards, and platform integrations.
The successful candidate will support daily GRC operations, including platform administration, risk documentation, workflow coordination, and compliance reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business processes and security requirements, while maintaining meticulous documentation for audits and assessments. Familiarity with global cybersecurity standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, CIS Controls) and basic coding (Python, React, Node.js) will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain GRC platforms, updating records, supporting modules, and assisting users with platform tasks.
- Conduct risk assessments, document findings, and track remediation actions to prepare risk registers and compliance reports.
- Map security controls, policies, and internal processes against applicable cybersecurity frameworks.
- Support documentation for global standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF) and maintain compliance evidence repositories.
- Coordinate API integrations, validate data flows, and collaborate with technical teams for platform enhancements.
- Create, update, and monitor workflows to improve process efficiency and task tracking.
- Provide platform support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless user experience.
- Prepare and organize GRC documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit support materials.
- Assist with audit readiness by organizing evidence and follow-up actions.
- Bridge gaps between business processes and security requirements through structured reporting and process discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or BCA (minimum 7.0 CGPA).
- Strong academic exposure to cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance concepts.
- Basic understanding of global cybersecurity standards (ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, CIS Controls).
- Familiarity with risk assessment, control documentation, and process-based security work.
- Basic knowledge of GRC platforms, compliance tools, and workflow automation.
- Basic coding skills (Python, React, Node.js) for platform support and integrations.
- Excellent documentation skills and strong communication abilities.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset.
