Luxoft is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Pune District, Maharashtra, India. This exciting opportunity focuses on managing critical IT projects within the dynamic healthcare sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations, and fostering strong alignment with all stakeholders. The role requires leading diverse, cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with onshore clients, and adeptly managing multiple concurrent tasks. Essential qualifications include robust communication and organizational abilities, along with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead IT projects from inception through completion, guaranteeing adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve overarching project goals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with onshore clients, cultivating enduring client relationships.
- Leverage project management tools like MS Project or ServiceNow for comprehensive planning and progress tracking.
- Ensure projects comply with established IT infrastructure standards and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-paced environment to ensure successful outcomes.
- Uphold a strong commitment to customer service and effective teamwork.
Mandatory Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management, specifically within the healthcare industry.
- PMP certification is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrated prior experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, with a focus on IT infrastructure and clinical healthcare domains.
- Exceptional team leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successful engagement with onshore clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as MS Project and ServiceNow.
- A foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC principles.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and deliver results under pressure.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management.
