IT Project Manager - Ahmedabad, Gurgaon/Gurugram, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, and closure, adhering to strict deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables that align with business strategies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, continuously monitor progress, and implement necessary adjustments to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Orchestrate the coordination of internal teams and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of all project phases.
• Secure and optimize the allocation of resources to support all project activities.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication of project status to all stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and addressing any concerns promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related academic discipline.
• Possess 1 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT project management or a comparable field.
• Demonstrated success in managing software development projects.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and MS Project.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• A proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet demanding deadlines.
