You will gain valuable insights into server-based applications, assist in resolving programming issues, and act as a technical resource for customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include supporting print facility requests, coordinating with App Dev and IT during critical incidents, handling routine maintenance tasks, managing ServiceNow tickets to meet SLAs, performing change reviews and deployments, contributing to process improvements, documenting new developments, identifying and resolving defects with development teams, communicating project status, and participating actively in IT team meetings.
