IT Operations Engineer

About the Role

As an IT Operations Engineer – IT SecOps based in Noida, you will join our global practice focused on protection, detection, and response. You will collaborate with internal teams for IT governance & compliance and manage L1 level tasks related to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Vulnerability management (L1)
• IT Security incident handling (L1)
• Participate in 24x7 rotational standby rosters for critical incidents
• Support project rollouts and continuous improvement automation
• Create and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) under guidance

Education & Experience

B.Tech./B.E/BCA/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. Desired experience: 6+ years in IT Security with familiarity of SaaS platforms.

Competencies

• Logical problem-solving and analysis skills
• Vulnerability management coordination expertise
• Security incident handling, data collation, and reporting
• Basic networking, OS, Cloud platform knowledge
• Fluent English communication skills
