IT Operations Engineer - Core Server & Networking

We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Engineer with a focus on Core Server and Networking responsibilities. This role requires providing end-to-end IT infrastructure support, encompassing both server and network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
• Manage and maintain critical IT services including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support the Local Area Network (LAN) environment, including the configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Proactively monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2.5 years of relevant experience (BE/BTech) or 3+ years of overall IT Operations experience.
• Proven experience in Server and Networking support is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management.
• Experience with DNS and DHCP.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and firewalls.
