We are seeking an IT Home Agent Support Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a variety of hardware and software systems. Your duties will include responding to and diagnosing user-reported problems through direct communication, troubleshooting, rectifying faults, and escalating issues when necessary. You will ensure effective and timely resolution of user problems, queries, and complaints. This position also involves assisting in hardware and software evaluations and recommending upgrades or improvements to our IT infrastructure. With comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, you will execute specialized projects, often initiating your own workload with minimal supervision. You may also mentor less experienced professionals, providing expertise and taking ownership of the end product. We expect individuals at this level to significantly enhance daily activities and processes, manage and oversee the implementation of short-term team activities, and make operational decisions within a defined scope. Your focus will be on professional excellence, and you will typically manage a team of individual contributors.
