Executive – IT / Senior Executive – IT at Consulting Krew, Gurugram

Consulting Krew is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT professional to join our Head Office in Gurugram as an Executive – IT or Senior Executive – IT. This contractual role reports to the Deputy Manager – IT and is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in IT data analysis, reporting, and infrastructure support.

Job Summary

The primary focus of this role is to support IT operations through robust data analysis, accurate reporting, and diligent master data management. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using MS Power BI and MS Excel.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and derive actionable insights for business improvement.
• Manage and maintain master data to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Actively participate in system testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support for IT infrastructure-related activities as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Regular

Experience Required:

• 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in IT.

Key Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to tackle complex IT challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on MS Power BI and MS Excel for data visualization and analysis.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment.
