We are seeking a motivated IT Hardware professional to join our team at Intas Pharmaceuticals in Ahmedabad, India. This role focuses on maintaining hardware systems, ensuring optimal performance, and providing technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals for offices and labs.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist in setting up and managing IT infrastructure systems.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory records and update them regularly.
• Provide direct technical support to end-users regarding all hardware-related queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware support environments (India).
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals architecture.
• Familiarity with major operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS is required.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes and troubleshoot hardware failures effectively.
• Excellent communication skills essential for assisting users and conveying technical information clearly in a professional setting.
