IT Database Engineer - Delhi NCR

Kalypso, a Rockwell Automation Business, is seeking an IT Database Engineer in Delhi NCR. This permanent role involves configuring, testing, and supporting applications within the FactoryTalk Production Center (FTPC) MES environment. Responsibilities include designing and modifying database objects such as stored procedures and views, developing custom reports, and creating data extracts to fulfill end-user needs. The engineer will collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders in design sessions, offering technical solutions and configuration guidance. Key duties also include analyzing and troubleshooting reported issues, implementing defect fixes and system enhancements, and establishing and maintaining monitoring solutions for IT systems, including the analysis of system and execution logs. The role requires providing technical support to internal customers, including on-call availability, and partnering with Digital Manufacturing, Engineering, Data, and Design teams for data analytics requests. Additionally, the engineer will maintain and update technical documentation, such as knowledge bases and user guides, and perform root cause analysis to identify data or process improvement opportunities.
