This IT Application/Network Integrator role at Morgan Stanley, based in Bengaluru, India, requires proficiency in Windows/Linux server infrastructure, with a strong understanding of operational functions. Candidates should possess knowledge of enterprise and cyber security concepts, including DMZs, firewalls, proxies, email relays, certificate management, and Single Sign-On (SSO). Familiarity with cloud offerings (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) from Google, Amazon, and/or Microsoft is expected. The role also involves understanding the DevOps operating model and the function of a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). Excellent English communication skills are essential for regular interaction with peer teams, internal clients, vendors, and suppliers globally. The ability to interact with IT functional groups and build cross-functional relationships to drive projects to closure is key. At least 2 years of relevant experience is generally anticipated. Technical skills include a full TCPIP stack (routing, VPNs, MPLS), SSO configurations, whitelisting, two-factor authentication, internet proxy configuration, TCPIP protocol stack (OSI) with firewalls, DNS, and routing, Active Directory, LDAP, and entitlement management. The candidate must be able to work in a complex, multidisciplinary environment and demonstrate self-starter abilities, including leading initiatives. Experience in an Agile/DevOps operating environment is required, along with knowledge of MS SQL; Sybase and/or DB2 experience would be advantageous. Understanding of encryption algorithms for data at rest and in motion is also necessary.
