IT Analyst

We are seeking a motivated IT Analyst, specifically a Wintel Support Specialist, to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls in Pune, Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our users, focusing on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues within Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support, manage ticket queues, and escalate issues effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and associated applications.
• Assist users with hardware and software troubleshooting through various communication channels including phone, email, and remote access.
• Document all support interactions and their resolutions meticulously within the IT service management system.
• Support the onboarding process for new users by setting up and configuring workstations.
• Contribute to the maintenance and inventory management of IT hardware and software assets.
• Collaborate with fellow IT team members to enhance support processes and improve user satisfaction.

What You Need:

• 0-1 year of experience in IT support or a related field is required.
• A foundational understanding of Windows operating systems and common software applications is essential.
• Possess strong communication skills and a dedicated customer-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

What Would Be a Plus:

• Familiarity with IT service management tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
