Archimedis Digital is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with 0-1 years of experience to join our innovative team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring engineers passionate about the Internet of Things (IoT) and embedded systems.
The ideal candidate will possess practical, hands-on experience with hardware modules and a proven ability to assemble and connect electronic circuits effectively. You will be instrumental in bringing real-world IoT projects to life and contributing to the development of cutting-edge embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities for IoT & Embedded Systems Engineer:
- Implement IoT-based solutions in practical, real-world applications.
- Interface with a variety of IoT modules, including sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers.
- Assemble, test, and validate embedded system circuits.
- Perform essential hardware tasks such as wiring, soldering, and making connections.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and embedded system issues.
- Support the development and testing phases of new prototypes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A foundational understanding of IoT components and associated modules.
- Familiarity with embedded systems development using platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar.
- Robust hands-on capabilities in circuit assembly and hardware setup.
- Knowledge of common sensors, relays, and communication modules.
- Basic programming proficiency; C/C++ or Python skills are a significant advantage.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should hold a B.E. or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:
- Completion of academic mini-projects focused on IoT or embedded systems.
- Prior exposure to real-time hardware projects or laboratory sessions.
- Fundamental troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
