iOS Developer

Slice seeks an iOS Developer for its mobile engineering team in Bengaluru/Bangalore. This role focuses on building reliable, scalable, and user-centric features using Swift and modern iOS technologies. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance iOS features in Swift.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on feature delivery.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Implement unit tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile processes.
• Stay updated with new iOS development tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1.5-2.5 years of experience in iOS application development with Swift, UIKit, and Xcode.
• Strong understanding of core iOS concepts (view lifecycle, app states, memory management).
• Familiarity with architectural patterns (MVP/VIPER/MVVM) and protocol-oriented programming.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and dependency managers (CocoaPods/SPM).
• Basic knowledge of unit testing and writing clean code.
• Exposure to Git, agile methodologies, and the App Store release process.
• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
