Role Focus: Apple Developer Enterprise Program | In-House App Distribution | Compliance & Security

We're seeking a dedicated specialist to own end-to-end Apple Developer Enterprise Program (ADEP) management and secure in-house iOS/iPadOS app distribution for our organization. This role ensures compliant, reliable, and scalable private delivery of internal apps—without App Store review.

• Manage Apple Developer Enterprise account, certificates, identifiers, and profiles for in-house distribution.
• Build and maintain secure, repeatable workflows for .ipa signing, OTA deployment, and version control.
• Ensure full compliance with Apple's Enterprise Program terms and internal security policies.
• Troubleshoot distribution failures, provisioning issues, and device registration challenges.
• Collaborate with iOS dev, QA, and IT teams to streamline release cycles and support internal users.
• Monitor certificate expiry, account renewal, and policy updates to avoid service disruption.
• Document processes, runbooks, and compliance artifacts for audit and team onboarding.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Apple Developer Enterprise Program and in-house distribution.
• Deep understanding of iOS signing, provisioning, MDM integration, and OTA delivery.
• Familiarity with Xcode, fastlane, CI/CD, and enterprise app hosting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, compliance awareness, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with internal app portals, MDM solutions, or enterprise mobility.
