Inventory Executive

About the Role

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movement, ensuring proper material storage, and supporting inventory control processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in inventory management systems, and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Candidate Preferences

• Experience: 1-2 years of Inventory Management — ideally in industrial raw materials, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors. Must have experience in Refractory or Ceramics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing materials in the system, ensuring accuracy with respect to quantity, quality, customer requirements, and storage location.
• Update and maintain records of materials relocated within the company premises.
• Monitor and maintain physical stock of raw materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper storage practices.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock verification activities.
• Support stock reconciliation processes and investigate discrepancies when identified.
• Prepare, maintain, and update inventory-related reports, MIS, and documentation.
• Coordinate with stores, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material movement and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory management procedures and documentation standards.
• Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, data analysis, reporting, and record management.
