Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced International IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across the UK, APAC (Singapore, Malaysia), and Middle East/GCC markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment coordinating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other international platforms for Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, ERP, and Infrastructure roles.
  Conducting candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
• Maintaining robust recruitment trackers, pipelines, and MIS reports to ensure quality hiring within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  Minimum 2–5 years of experience specifically in International IT Recruitment with a focus on UK, APAC, and Middle East markets.
• Demonstrated excellence in sourcing strategies, stakeholder communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex technical requirements simultaneously.
