Internal Business Controls Analyst

ECLARO is seeking a dedicated Internal Business Controls Analyst to support a leading client in the energy efficiency and clean energy technology sector. This role is crucial for maintaining a robust control environment, identifying potential risks, and enhancing compliance with internal control frameworks. The analyst will be responsible for documenting processes, evaluating operational and project risks, testing internal controls within an eGRC system (Archer), and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards for various organizational levels, including management and the Board of Trustees. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing improvements to the Internal Control program, analyzing data to identify discrepancies, and maintaining control data accuracy within the eGRC system. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and experience with Archer are essential. Experience with Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
