Interior Designer

About the Role

Homzinterio is seeking passionate, creative, and smart Interior Designers to join our team in Chennai. You will transform ordinary spaces into elegant, functional, and personalized homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. Conduct presentations, experience centre walkthroughs, mood board sessions, and act as the primary point of contact.
• Design & Development: Develop creative residential interior designs using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and rendering software. Prepare detailed design presentations and estimates/quotations.
• Execution: Conduct site visits for measurements and validation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to handover.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Interior Designing, B.Arch., or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in residential interior designing.
• Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Rendering software, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of modular furniture design is required.
• Languages: Fluent English + at least one regional language (Tamil preferred for Chennai location).

Schedule Note:

Candidates should be aware that Monday is the weekly off; working on weekends as required may be necessary.
