About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Developer with a specialization in Intellimatch development to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing scalable and high-performance applications, collaborating closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver exceptional client solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is required.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

• Mandatory: Strong development and support expertise in IntelliMatch (version 9.2.7 or higher) or other reconciliation tools like Frontier.
• Mandatory: Strong development and support knowledge of IntelliSUITE (version 9.2.7 or above).
• Mandatory: Proficient in SQL, including building stored procedures, writing functions, and executing complex queries.
• Mandatory: Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Optional: Familiarity with defect management tools.
• Optional: Knowledge of Perl, VB Script, or Power BI.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Possess a thorough understanding of reconciliation processes and at least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Intellimatch (version 9.2.7 or higher).
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for developing new reconciliations in IntelliMatch, encompassing business requirement analysis, data mapping, validation, build, unit testing, peer reviews, systems integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze, develop test strategies, design test plans, and generate/execute test cases.
• Perform enhancements by analyzing existing setups, understanding requirements, conducting impact analysis, providing estimates, and delivering quality code.
• Act as an independent player, liaising with various teams to resolve dependencies promptly. Foresee and escalate issues/risks to the team lead or project manager.
• Provide guidance to the support team.
• Utilize deep knowledge of IntelliMatch database linkages and functionalities for timely resolution of user queries.
• Propose improvements for development and support activities.
• Develop stored procedures to build reports for end-users using SQL 2016.
• Optimize code and mentor new team members.

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Prepare status reports for weekly stakeholder updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, end-users, and various teams including higher management, development, systems, support, and implementation.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for project activities.
