About This Role
A Fortune 200 company is rebuilding its Global Capability Centre in India. With ten years of legacy point-to-point connections between ERP, CRM, and forty regional systems, the organization has decided to implement a proper integration platform rather than continuing incremental patchwork.
What You Will Inherit
- Core ecosystems: SAP and Salesforce
- Regional finance and logistics systems integrated in various expedient ways
- Scheduled file drops with undefined configurations
- A landscape requiring discovery of existing flows before modernization
Your mission will be to build robust APIs, event flows, and message contracts featuring real versioning. You will implement deliberate handling for retries, idempotency, and replay mechanisms.
Collaboration & Skills Required
You will work closely with enterprise architects setting direction and regional IT teams owning systems you need but do not control. Persuasion is a key competency in this role.
- Experience: 4 to 8 years on enterprise integration, APIs, or event pipelines
- Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of one integration platform plus Java, Python, or Node.js
- Systems Knowledge: Practical experience with message brokers and delivery guarantees (Advantage: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
