Integration Engineer

Refold AI seeks a proactive and skilled Integration Engineer to join its dynamic team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. As a critical bridge between our advanced platform and our valued customers, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing integrations that deliver tangible business value. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, contribute to public-facing development alongside experienced founders, and solve complex, real-world problems for rapidly growing SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and rigorously test integration workflows utilizing Refold's intuitive low-code tools.
• Translate technical API documentation and specific customer requirements into robust and reliable integration solutions.
• Provide crucial assistance to senior engineers in architecting highly scalable integration strategies.
• Diagnose and effectively resolve integration issues encountered within customer environments.
• Foster strong collaboration with product and engineering departments to enhance overall platform usability and efficiency.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and provide ongoing post-integration support.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation and reusable templates to streamline future integration projects.

Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in backend development, technical support, or solution engineering roles.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of core integration concepts, including REST APIs, webhooks, and various authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, API keys).
• Showcase hands-on coding proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Exhibit familiarity with prominent enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Snowflake.
• Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities and a genuine curiosity for understanding system interconnections.
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks and collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
