Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Integration Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Cashfree Payments in Bengaluru, India. This role is crucial for ensuring our merchants and their developers have a smooth and efficient experience integrating with our payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting to merchants and their developer teams across various communication channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations of the Cashfree suite during pre-sales and post-sales calls, guiding users through product integration and dashboard functionalities.
• Perform technical debugging of merchant environments to facilitate integration via mobile platforms, plugins, APIs, and other methods.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of technical issues, collaborating effectively with internal teams to resolve critical merchant problems.
• Adhere to strict resolution Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for business-critical merchant issues, working closely with engineering and operational teams.
• Deliver an exceptional support experience to Cashfree merchants.
• Develop and maintain product-level playbooks and contribute to our knowledge base repository.
• Undertake technical value-add tasks and initiatives to enhance product efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in coding languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with hands-on experience in at least one.
• Solid understanding of development platforms like Android and iOS.
• Strong ability to execute SQL queries and utilize APIs with tools like Postman.
• Experience handling technical queries via email, phone, and chat.
• A keen eye for enhancing technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to accommodate changes in client and internal environments.
• Demonstrated ability to ideate process improvements and mentor junior team members.
• Exhibit exceptional ownership, accountability, and follow-through in resolving issues and communicating with merchants and internal teams.

Familiarity or experience with web and mobile tools like React Native, Flutter, Cordova, or Ionic React would be considered a significant advantage.
