Full Job Description
Accenture is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate for its UK Pension - Client Administration team (Level: CL12) in Gurugram. This role involves efficiently overseeing and coordinating projects to meet client needs, including planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, in-scope, and client-aligned deliverables.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of mandatory experience in the UK Pension domain – Client Administration.
- Proficiency in SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) Support, Client Management, Sales Support, Private Funds, Adviser Servicing, and Client Relations.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Tools.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing UK Pension Client Administration tasks.
- Managing SIPP support, client project management, sales support, private funds, adviser servicing, and client relations.
- Handling adviser charges, calls, company updates, and changes on client records.
- Managing investor updates, information requests, beneficiary records, portal queries, plan illustrations, settlements, and advisor changes.
- Overseeing client updates, mailings, legal notices, GDPR tasks, and document management.
- Driving operational reporting, regulatory submissions, data analysis, process governance, and Consumer Duty communications.
- Supporting advisor onboarding, portal access, pre-sale queries, and adviser charge management.
- Delivering operations reporting, tool development, process governance, business analysis, intranet management, and regulatory reporting.
- Reviewing and processing client administration requests, seeking additional information when necessary.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to complete business administration requests.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations.
- Researching and responding to queries from Business Partners/Client Support Teams promptly.
- Actively participating in process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Adhering to established Quality Control standards.
- Demonstrating excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-value transactions.
- Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within established timelines, in addition to managing daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks.
