Role Overview

We are seeking a Machinery Maintenance professional with 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production based in Gurugram, India. This role involves team supervision, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), machinery reliability strategies, spare planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate work to the Machinery Technician/maintenance team effectively.
• Plan, schedule and monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure uptime.
• Supervise breakdown maintenance and lead teams in timely machine restoration efforts.
• Lead RCA for major and recurring machinery breakdowns to prevent future issues.
• Identify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce recurring failures across the facility.
• Monitor machinery downtime metrics and drive improvements in overall equipment reliability.
• Train and guide junior technicians in troubleshooting techniques and best maintenance practices.
• Oversee critical spare-parts planning, ensuring availability for production needs.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to align planned maintenance schedules.
• Support machinery installation, commissioning, modification projects, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance activities, ensure SOP adherence, and uphold safety compliance standards.

Preferred Exposure:

Candidates with exposure to manufacturing/production machinery are preferred. Familiarity with Ribbon Blender, Vibro Shifter, Auger Filler, Screw Conveyor, Induction Sealer, Shrink Tunnel, and PLC-based equipment will be highly valued in this role.
