Join ASAPP's Insights & Strategy Team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India, to pioneer data-driven recommendations shaping the future of AI in customer experiences. Collaborating with Customer Growth, Product Teams, and enterprise clients, you will analyze consumer interactions with leading brands. Your role will be crucial in providing strategic guidance to maximize customer experience value and drive the evolution of our AI products. This position focuses on analyzing Generative AI deployments in large enterprises to uncover strategic recommendations for growth and performance improvements.
Ideal candidates are self-starters with a deep understanding of customer behavior and a proven ability to use advanced analytics to extract insights at scale. You are skilled at translating complex data into actionable narratives, driving business impact, and are driven by curiosity. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, aiming to shape strategy rather than just reporting metrics, and can turn ambiguous directives into impactful outcomes. This role requires working core U.S. business hours (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. US time).
What you'll do
- Partner with large enterprises to shape their Generative AI strategies through data-driven insights from customer interaction data.
- Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, Sales) to influence account strategy and product roadmaps.
- Analyze user engagement with Generative AI, identifying pain points, performance improvement opportunities, and quantifying delivered value.
- Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify innovative methods for large-scale data analysis.
- Write custom SQL queries to fulfill data requests for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to connect data analysis to business drivers and present recommendations to clients.
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing and interpreting queries.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
