Inside Sales Specialist at DegreeFYD - Gurugram
DegreeFYD is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Gurugram, India. This pivotal role involves engaging prospective students and professionals, articulating our educational offerings, and successfully converting leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with inbound leads through various channels including calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Assess lead qualifications by understanding their academic interests, career aspirations, and eligibility for international programs.
- Present and promote relevant services such as educational counseling, application support, and country-specific guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with the counseling and operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide valuable feedback on user inquiries to enhance service delivery and outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, with a preference for experience in EdTech, immigration, or overseas consulting sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A strong, target-driven mindset coupled with a genuine customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex services and effectively handle customer objections.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with overseas education or migration processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Hindi is preferred, and knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
