Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist at DegreeFYD, you will be instrumental in connecting with prospective students and guiding them through their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, clearly articulating the value and career potential of our online degree programs. You will identify, qualify, and nurture leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries. A key part of your role will be to counsel students, helping them select the most suitable program aligned with their career aspirations and financial considerations. By consistently following up and effectively closing admissions, you will drive enrollment conversions and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring an exceptional student experience.

The ideal candidate profile includes graduates from any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-counseling, or the education sales sector. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. We are looking for a goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is considered an advantage.
