Inside Sales Specialist - Delhi, India

Restroworks is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi, India. This role is crucial for managing both inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns, ensuring a steady flow of highly qualified Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to our designated account executives.

In this permanent, full-time position, you will be instrumental in generating appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to penetrate target accounts with innovative strategies. You will research and identify new opportunities, diligently follow up on leads, and utilize tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to meticulously plan and document your activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns for highly qualified SQLs.
  • Generating appointments through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Collaborating with sales teams for strategic account penetration.
  • Working with sales and marketing to drive prospects through the pipeline.
  • Researching and identifying new accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Methodically following up on all prospective leads.
  • Utilizing HubSpot & LinkedIn Sales Navigator for activity planning and documentation.
  • Running transactional and strategic campaigns for named accounts within specific geographies/industries.
  • Routing inbound leads for named accounts to dedicated SDRs.
  • Managing inbound leads not identified as named accounts via round robin for qualification.
  • Routing qualified leads to the appropriate regional Director for distribution to Account Executives.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in lead generation and outbound sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and demand generation.
  • Strong background in business development and consistent follow-up skills.
