Full Job Description
Pelsoftlabs Private Limited is seeking a talented Sales Executive for Kit19.com, to be known as a Client Acquisition Executive (Business Development). This role is crucial for acquiring new clients and driving business growth for a cutting-edge Sales & Marketing Automation Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation through qualifying inbound leads, and generating new leads via outbound calls. Key responsibilities include booking online meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales. This is a permanent, full-time position with a fixed in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000, plus a variable component of up to ₹20,000, good incentives, and conveyance pay. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in sales, with a preference for a technical background.
- Proven track record of high achievement in sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Must possess your own laptop for remote work capabilities.
