WellnessMats, a distinguished company specializing in Wellness and Performance Mat Systems that promote comfort and safety, is actively seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative for its Troy, MI location. This role is crucial for managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospective clients to nurturing lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include proactive outbound prospecting, leading clients through discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals. The representative will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, account growth, and retention, while consistently striving to meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs. Opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts are key. This position involves representing the company and generating leads at industry events, with an anticipated 10%-20% yearly travel requirement. Accurate CRM record-keeping, forecasting, and sales reporting are essential. Collaboration with internal marketing and customer service teams is expected to ensure client success and enhance service offerings.
