Inside Sales Representative

Olympic Steel, a prominent metals service center in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our client base through proactive account management and the identification of new sales opportunities. You will work closely with our Outside Sales team, ensuring high-quality customer service, processing orders efficiently, and resolving any customer issues. Key responsibilities include up-selling and cross-selling, reactivating dormant accounts, managing order entry, troubleshooting complaints, developing quotes and contract pricing, expediting orders, and ensuring adequate inventory levels.
