Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate new opportunities with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records meticulously.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through lead follow-up and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential customers to understand their needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of customer requirements.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform new feature or product development and explore methods to enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database.
  • Follow up diligently on all leads and inquiries.
  • Verify and track accounts using the firm's CRM system.
  • Perform necessary follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as telecalling, pre-sales, or inside sales.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, robust research capabilities, and essential analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • A degree in any discipline is acceptable, provided there is a foundational knowledge of sales.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales accurately.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
