Cellebrite seeks a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager in Tysons, VA, to drive sales of Digital Intelligence products and solutions. This hybrid role requires strong account management skills, the ability to develop new prospects, and maintain key client relationships to achieve significant sales growth. Responsibilities include planning for sales expansion, new account acquisition, account penetration, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of procurement and contracting, cultivate strong relationships with existing and new accounts, and understand their evolving business needs. Success in this role involves meeting or exceeding sales order booking objectives, building and maintaining a robust pipeline, and presenting effectively to various organizational levels, including executive management. A deep understanding of Cellebrite's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and customer vertical industries is essential, enabling the candidate to guide customers in future solution decisions based on product roadmaps. Accurate sales forecasting, collaboration with internal teams (sales operations, engineering, marketing, senior management), and the development of detailed account plans to ensure customer satisfaction are key duties. Professionalism and the ability to act as a trusted advisor are paramount.
