Inside Sales Executive (Fresher)
i-Kcal Systems Engineering LLP, located in Salisbury Park, Pune, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time, office-based, desk job is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals with limited sales experience who are eager to learn and contribute. The role involves crucial support functions including proposal preparation, report generation, and sales team coordination.

Our mission is to help clients achieve substantial energy savings, improve their environmental sustainability, and cut down operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Create and meticulously maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Actively coordinate with the sales team, providing and compiling essential data updates.
- Develop a strong understanding of i-Kcal’s product portfolio and solutions through provided training.
- Maintain organized records of all client inquiries, submitted proposals, and sales data.
- Offer consistent day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the sales department.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any stream; technical or commerce backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to rapidly learn and internalize product fundamentals (comprehensive training will be provided).
- A sincere, detail-oriented approach and a strong willingness to learn are essential.
