Inside Sales Executive Role
Position: Full-Time | Location: Bengaluru (Kaikondrahalli) | Shift: 9-hour daily (10 AM - 7 PM, 6 days a week)
NoBroker seeks dynamic and motivated freshers to join its Inside Sales team. In this role, you'll identify business opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales by making outbound calls using lead generation and secondary data. Your responsibilities include:
- Following up on both new and existing leads daily to nurture potential sales.
- Ensuring high-quality service adherence to company standards.
- Being energetic, articulate, and focused on closing deals and generating revenue.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, or Kannada (mandatory); Tamil/Telugu (optional). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience: 0-2 years (freshers welcome).
