Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate Python Developer within our Digital Integration Advisory practice in Kolkata (India). You will leverage advanced technologies to design robust data solutions, automating internal processes such as collection, analysis, and visualization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Flask or Django frameworks. Create high-performance APIs and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Architect distributed microservices leveraging Temporal workflows for orchestrating complex processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, debug production incidents, and adhere to Agile methodologies including sprint planning.

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x with frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment using DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Demonstrated experience integrating with databases such as Cosmos DB and message queues including Kafka and EventHub.
• Rigorous development of unit and integration tests using pytest to ensure code quality and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Generative AI or relevant Python frameworks are a plus.
