Senior Application Support Engineer – Financial Reporting & AML Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise production environments to provide critical support for financial reporting, AML systems, and tax certificate generation applications. Strong expertise in Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, Splunk, AppDynamics, and ServiceNow is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for mission-critical financial applications, ensuring high availability and compliance with SLAs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and StarFleet while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Support ETL processes, AML systems, and financial reporting platforms with expertise in data integrity and performance optimization.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery, incident resolution, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for seamless stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in financial services, banking operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Intermediate English proficiency with strong written/verbal communication.
